Amazon Turtle Lodge

The Amazon Turtle Lodge is located on the banks of Tracajá lake, 100 km from Manaus. The trip to the lodge takes about three hours in regular mode, by car and by boat

The lodge has 21 bungalows being 10 wooden and 08 standard in brickwork and 03 more suites. The apartments are comfortable and have private bathroom, air conditioning, hot shower in some apartments. Its structure is composed of reception, restaurant, bar, restaurant, TV room and games area.

DIFERENTIAL

The hotel has a regional architecture, was built on land and is located in a region surrounded by igarapés and igapós (small canals), its location and isolation favors the practice of sport fishing during the low water season , from August to November , is an ideal place for those who love nature. The Lodge prizes the conservation and preservation of nature, because it is located in a privileged area in fauna and flora.

TRANSFERS

All packages include transfer (IN / OUT), and can start or finish the package at the airport or at any Hotel in the urban area of Manaus. The land transfers are carried out in cars, vans, minibuses or tour buses, all with air conditioning. The river part is carried out in covered regional boats or speedboats. Transfer time from nay hotel in Manaus to Ceasa port takes approximately 30 minutes, transfer by speed boat from the port Ceasa until the Careiro town is about 30min, and the journey by car takes 50 minutes to the local port on Mamori river where the client will continue this adventure again by river navigating throug several lakes and streams until arriving at the hotel with duration of 50 minutes.

Important: The schedule and activities will be defined and informed at the check-in in the hotel, where the clients can choose the activities they want to participate, included on the package.

The sunrise and sunset tours can be performed, but they must be requested in advance, without extra costs

The regular “INITIAL” transfer from hotels in Manaus starts at (07:15 to 08:20 am).

All transfers are carried out in a shared way with other passengers, so there is the possibility of waiting at the airport until the transfer time limit.

The regular “INITIAL” transfer from Manaus airport, starts at 01:30 pm, after that time only in the private mode with extra cost. Or necessarily the client should spend the night in Manaus, paying the lodging expenses due to delayed flights.

We do not recommend clients choose flights with arrival time close to the start of the transfer.

The regular “FINAL” transfer will be always finished between 12: 00 to 12: 30 pm at any hotel in Manaus or at the Airport.

Transfers outside regular time will have additional cost, according to information in the budget.
